Orange Leaf sought to expand its business in response to the oversaturation of the frozen yogurt market. In pursuit of this goal, the company embarked on a comprehensive rebranding effort aimed at redefining its identity. The key objectives included:

  1. Transforming Orange Leaf into a go-to snacking destination that offers a delightful escape during customers' downtime, helping them unwind and destress.

  2. Setting Orange Leaf apart from the uniformity prevalent among frozen yogurt brands by establishing a distinct and unique identity.

  3. Creating an inviting environment that fosters discovery through innovative product displays, catering to the preferences of both adults and children.

  4. Introducing an open kitchen concept to enhance transparency in operations, allowing customers to witness the preparation of their favorite treats.

  5. Leveraging technology and optimizing the customer journey to empower and engage both customers and employees, enhancing their overall experience.
