To celebrate the launch of a new tequila by Don Julio, designed specifically for daytime enjoyment, our team organized two distinct launch events in Miami and LA on March 30th, coinciding with the start of the spring and summer seasons. While both events maintained a consistent visual and thematic approach, they showcased unique elements that reflected the essence of each location. As a key contributor, I played a significant role in shaping the visual identity of this new product, ensuring its experiential impact and effective representation on social media platforms. Each event featured a lineup of talented DJs, captivating performances, interactive photo opportunities, delectable food offerings, and specially crafted Rosado cocktails. The tequila's signature rosy pink hue permeated the entire atmosphere, creating an unprecedented ambiance. The success of both events was remarkable, leading to a surge in marketing efforts following the triumphant showcases.

Road Show Kits

Road show kits were designed not specifically for the launch event but for smaller events such as music events, festivals, etc. throughout the year and how a Rosado bar is visually represented and decorated in a 10x10 space.

  1. ELEVATE TRANSPORT TO THE PARTY

    • A pink-wrapped elevator with a doorman in a velvet suit transports guests to the top floor

  2. ENTRANCE EXPERIENCE

    • Clouds above and a hazy atmosphere invite guests to walk down the hallway of disco animals where they are served Rosado welcome drinks and greeted into the party

  3. MAIN BAR

    • A circle bar with a pyramid fountain of cocktail glasses and Rosado bottles in the center. Cocktail tables surround.

  4. DISCOVERY EXPERIENCES

    • A row of pink arcade games, skee ball using small disco balls.

    • Luxury shops

    • AI-generated portrait station

  5. SUNSET DANCE FLOOR AND STAGE

    • DJ on one-of-a-kind stage, VIP seating, roller skating dancers.

    • Elevated overhead disco photo moment

Los Angeles

  1. DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE

    • Golf carts take guests down to the entry of the party.

  2. WELCOME MOMENT + DRINK

    • Taking inspiration from Mexican architecture the welcome moment is the first expression of Rosado.

  3. MAN IN THE HAT ARCHWAY

    • Guests pass through the Don Julio Man in the Hat logo arch and enter the party

  4. CLUB ENTRANCE - CLOUD LOUNGE

    • Clouds above and a hazy atmosphere invite guests to walk down to the club below ground level and experience Rosado in an ethereal way.

  5. ROSADO POOL DRINK

    • Guests can follow the pink carpet drink anytime during the party to the icon lookout point at the Sheets Goldstein house and receive a surprise drink there.

    • Similar to the welcome moment the Mexican architecture form language is carried through into the gifting area.
